10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.

11. Auto Renewing Subscriptions

• Subscribed users have unlimited access to all app features and services
• Unsubscribed users can only use basic features with limited quota per day
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user in Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

12. General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any FullBricks system or network
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software
• Interfere with other users' access or network functionality
• Use unauthorized methods to access or search our services
• Plant malware or use our services to distribute malware
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Engage in spoofing or phishing
• Post fraudulent or misleading content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Violate privacy or applicable laws

13. DMCA/Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It's our policy to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
